Sangha

How do you face a difficult situation that comes up in your life? What to do when your senses hijack you? What do you do when negativity attacks?

More often than not we find ourselves  in a maze unable to find a way out, going round and round and coming back to the same place. That’s how is like when negativity attacks, when your senses (lower self) hijack your higher self. What do we do in these circumstances? How do we get out of the maze?

Sangha, community who thinks alike or having the same purpose, your brethren/sisterhood who think alike are your backbones in these difficult times.

Shree guru says “group is strength to all not weaknesses”.

However of course, not any kind of group but one that is like minded that serves and nourish others in the group. That’s how diversity in a group can unite all for each one can use their strengths to help the other to grow to their highest potential/purpose within them.

Just like in the society, when you need support to recover from an addiction, you may join a recovery group support. People share their experiences and somehow in that session, you are comforted and with that support you gain strength to fight your addiction day by day.

There are groups in the profession who share the know how, mum support groups, caretaker for the ill support group or even interest based groups. The patterns in these groups are such that they help to motivate one another, to support and basically to grow together. That’s how group is strength and not weaknesses.

However, if someone joins the group with ill-intention or under pretense of interest, then yes a disruption to the group it is. A cut it must for the rest to grow healthily. A group is usually dismantle when it no longer serves the purpose or where the people are getting disoriented from the main purpose.

It is not easy to find a group of like minded people and even more difficult to find a group of like minded people who stay together for long period of time. So when you do find one in spiritual path, it is to be cherished and to wish wellness and love among all till the end of time.

To my beloved soul sisters who have shared and help me to grow in my spiritual journey, my humble bow and loves to all of you.

My humble bow to Shree Guru who has brought us all together in this journey and being the guiding light that unite us in ways we could not comprehend at times. You are the One in us and us in you. May this eternal bond last till end of time.

Hariom 🙏🏻❤️
